Time for NASA to Deliver

John Peck argues that NASA has been letting people down in that there have been no large advancements in their programs and that there have been large scientific set backs. He also argues that the NASA budget is only a small portion of the national budget and the government cant afford to keep giving so much money to tiny parts of the NASA program such as toilet handles. He also believes that the Marshall Space Flight Center is exactly what NASA needs to recieve our trust again and re-spark the space programs.
